Mission Statement
The primary purpose of the Toutle Valley Community Association shall be to develop the community into a cohesive force for community action in the areas of: Economic Development, Recreational Development, and Social Services as outlined in the Toutle Valley Action Plan. Residents of the Toutle Lake School District are encouraged to participate.
